個人簡介

胡文浩,中山大學教授、太阳集团1088vip院長。國家傑出青年基金獲得者、國家重大人才工程入選者。胡文浩教授先後在四川大學獲得學士學位(1987)、中科院成都有機所獲得碩士學位(1990)和香港理工大學獲得博士學位(1998,導師:陳新滋院士),随後在美國亞利桑那大學從事博士後研究(1998-2002)。胡文浩教授先後在美國Genesoft 和Bristol-Myers Squibb 公司擔任高級研究員,之後于2006年回國加入華東師範大學任華東師範大學化學系教授、上海市高校“東方學者”特聘教授(2009-2016)和上海分子治療與新藥創制工程技術研究中心主任(2011-2016),2016年8月全職加入中山大學任教授,太阳集团1088vip院長,研究生院副院長(2021-2022),廣東省“珠江人才計劃”創新創業團隊帶頭人,廣東省手性分子與藥物發現重點實驗室主任(2019起),抗感染新藥研發全國重點實驗室副主任(2023起)。

目前擔任國務院學位委員會第八屆藥學學科評議組成員,教育部高校藥學類教學指導委員會委員,廣東省藥學會副理事長等學術任職。曾獲上海市自然科學一等獎(2016)、教育部自然科學二等獎(2010)、享受國務院特殊津貼專家(2016)和國家百千萬人才工程人選、有突出貢獻中青年專家等國内外二十餘項獎。

研究方向主要集中在有機合成方法學、多組分反應、新藥研發和藥物合成工藝等,至今已在Nature Chemistry, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition和Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等期刊上發表論文300餘篇,引用5000餘次,申請專利100餘項(授權40餘項)。

研究方向

  1. 基于活潑中間體捕捉的新型不對稱多組分反應的開發及其在天然産物及藥物合成中的應用。
  2. 抗腫瘤藥物的開發,主要聚焦于ADC類藥物、腺苷A2A受體小分子抑制劑、PD-1/PD-L1小分子抑制劑等的發現。
  3. 抗感染藥物的開發,主要針對HIV, HBV, HCV的小分子藥物研發。
