簡單介紹

  張靜夏,副教授,碩士生導師研究方包括1)藥物分子設計及生物活性評價;2)新藥研究與開發。早期主要從事天然多羟基海洋甾體及類似物的設計合成,神經活性甾體化合物的篩選及腦保護作用研究;近年來主要進行雜環類化合物的設計合成,抗氧化應激、抗炎及神經保護方面的生物活性評價。先後承擔國家自然科學基金、廣東省重大專項、廣東省科技計劃、廣州市科技計劃民生專項等多個研究項目,作為核心成員參加國家863重大項目、國家新藥創制重大專項項目等國家項目3在國内外核心專業期刊上發表學術論文20餘篇,獲得授權專利13項,主持1.1類新藥的臨床前原料藥化學工藝研究質量研究及申報資料撰寫,其中1候選藥物已進入臨床II期試驗研究在腦保護藥物的研究方面積累了一定經驗

 

教育背景:

1987畢業于武漢大學,獲學士學位

1990年畢業于華南理工大學,獲碩士學位,

2001年畢業于中山大學,獲博士學位。

 

工作經曆:

1990-1995年于廣東省林業科學研究所分析測試中心,任助理工程師,工程師;

1995-2004年于中山醫科大學化學教研室,任講師;

2005年-至今年于太阳集团1088vip,任副教授。
