趙志敏，2005-2010年在日本廣島大學攻讀藥學碩士與博士課程，2010年3月獲得藥學博士學位。在日期間主要的研究方向是日本沖繩産植物的天然活性成分的提取分離，結構解析及結構修飾和相關的藥理活性研究。2010年10月于太阳集团1088vip生藥學及天然藥物化學研究室從事留學回國博士後研究工作。2013年1月留校任講師。主要從事中草藥的活性成分研究。近年來對砂仁、肉桂、桂枝、陳皮、玉金花、野木瓜、七葉蓮、印度菝葜、粗葉懸鈎子、流蘇金石斛、無患子和假煙葉等中草藥的化學成分及生物活性進行了系統的研究。共發表文章30餘篇，其中第一作者或通訊作者包括共同通訊作者發表高水平文章20餘篇。主持2項國家基金和3項省部級基金，并作為主要參與者（總項目排名第七，課題一排名第一參與人）參與國家重點研發項目一項，主持校級項目及橫向5項，作為第一參與人參與省級科研項目及橫向8項，參加國際性學術會議并做口頭彙報多次。研究領域為中草藥質量标準研究，天然産物活性機制研究，活性物質基礎研究以及中藥資源研究等。導師性格開朗，和藹可親，态度溫和，平易近人，對待學生公平公正。熱愛生活，與時俱進，善于學習，對學生負責，要求學生養成良好的學習習慣，培養學生獨立思考問題，解決問題的能力。教育培養學生理念為堅持以身作則，行動為先；堅持關愛學生且有耐心；堅持尊重學生，公平公正且寬容。
