簡單介紹
藍文健:太阳集团1088vip教授、博導。美國Oregon State University訪問學者,廣東省高等學校 “千百十人才培養工程”培養對象。在中山大學化學學院海洋天然産物研究所獲得博士學位後留校任教,多年來一直緻力于南海海洋生物共生微生物的藥用活性物質研究。建立了高效的微生物分離與種屬鑒定技術;發展了氨基酸導向培養方法等多種培養策略,激活微生物“沉默基因”,誘導真菌多産、高産結構新穎活性生物堿等代謝産物;開展基于化學結構新穎性和生物活性的代謝産物研究,發現先導化合物;探讨重要代謝産物的生源合成途徑。從南海軟珊瑚、海綿、海星等生物體内分離純化1000多株真菌和細菌,鑒定數百株微生物種屬;開展部分真菌代謝産物研究,從中發現500餘個化合物,近百個化合物具有顯著抗腫瘤、抗病毒、抗菌等藥用活性。近兩年重點探索深海、熱液、冷泉等極端環境微生物活性代謝産物,發現治療惡性腫瘤、病毒性感染等重大疾病的候選藥物。先後主持3項國家自然科學基金、8項廣東省科技計劃和自然科學基金等10餘項科研項目。以第一或通訊作者在Organic Letters,Journal of Natural Products,Bioorganic Chemistry,Frontiers in Microbiology等國際著名期刊發表高水平文章50餘篇;申請專利7件,其中4件獲得授權。目前擔任廣東藥學會第十七屆制藥專委會常務委員,中國菌物學會化學專委會委員。
研究方向
1.海洋微生物(真菌、細菌、放線菌等)活性代謝産物的發現與藥用研究。
2.嶺南中藥的活性成分研究。
課題組長期招聘微生物學、天然藥物化學、藥物化學、生物化學與分子生物學等專業的特聘研究員、特聘副研究員和博士後。
