王建船,副教授,博士生導師,2024年3月份加入太阳集团1088vip藥理系。本科畢業于山東大學,博士畢業于中國科學院上海生化與細胞研究所,并在哈佛大學醫學院完成博士後訓練,合作導師為美國科學院院士、2022年拉斯克基礎醫學獎獲得者Timothy Springer教授。王建船博士的主要研究方向是細胞表面粘附分子整合素的結構和功能以及治療型抗體分子的作用機制,相關研究成果發表于Nature Communications,PNAS,Cell Research等知名學術期刊。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、國家重點研發計劃子課題等項目。未來的研究工作将結合結構生物學、藥物化學、蛋白質工程等多學科技術手段,探索整合素受體在器官纖維化、腫瘤等疾病發病過程中的作用機制,并開發針對整合素靶點的新型藥物分子。
