報告人簡介：
Dr. Gonzalez is Chief of Laboratory of Metabolism, Center for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health. He has more than 40 years of research experience in the study of drug and carcinogen metabolism, and in determining mechanisms of chemical carcinogenesis, primarily using mouse models, molecular biological techniques, and metabolomics strategies. He has published more than 1100 papers that received more than 82,000 citations (h-index 145) in journals including Cell, Cell Metabolism, Science, Nature, Nature Medicine, Nature Communications, PNAS, Journal of Clinical Investigation, and Hepatology etc. He is co-inventor on more than 20 US patents, has served as an advisory board member of various pharmacological, biochemical, toxicological, and pharmaceutical associations or societies, was on the editorial board of a number of journals, and provided consulting for the pharmaceutical industry. To date, he has more than 30 awards or special scientific recognition from various professional societies and associations. He has delivered more than 400 scientific talks or seminars all over the world.

周慧萍教授，1998 年在美國肯塔基大學太阳集团1088vip獲得分子生物學博士學位。現任美國Virginia Commonwealth University 弗吉尼亞醫學院免疫微生物學終身教授、博士生導師。已培養三十多名博士生和博士後。現任美國肝病學會、美國消化病學會、美國分子生物學學會、美國藥理學會、美國生理和美國研究病理學會會員。長期從事藥物的毒副作用的分子藥理機制研究、脂代謝及信号調控與消化道疾病和腫瘤的發病機理研究。連續15年獲得美國NIH和退伍軍人科研基金資助。并獲得三項中國自然科學基金面上項目及一項國際合作重點項目。擔任美國NIH和退伍軍人基金評委。中國自然科學基金海外評審專家。在多種國際期刊發表科研論文100多篇，其中包括Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Cell Metabolism，Journal of Biological Chemistry, Journal of Lipid, Molecular Pharmacology, Molecular Pharmaceutics, Cancer Research等期刊，他引次數>5000，H-index為43。擔任多種國際期刊的編委及40多種學術期刊的審稿人。

報告人簡介：
喻愛明博士現任美國加州大學戴維斯分校（UC-Davis）生物化學和分子醫學系教授, 并擔任UC-Davis藥動和藥效生物分析中心實驗室主任。喻愛明教授長期從事藥學、新藥開發和腫瘤治療方面的研究。在南開大學攻讀博士學位期間，他率先在國内進行組合化學研究工作。自1998旅美後，他開發并利用新型技術方法和模型（包括轉基因小鼠）, 首次發現了CYP2D6代謝酶在五羟色胺類藥物代謝中的重要性，提出了五羟色胺-褪黑激素循環理論。喻愛明教授開創了miRNA表觀遺傳藥理學研究新領域, 他還創建了ncRNA生物合成技術研究。喻愛明教授獲得并主持參加多項美國國家衛生研究院(NIH), FDA, EPA等基金資助，現在擔任Drug Metabolism and Disposition等國際期刊的編委。
