Summary:

 

ATGCell developed an animal cell-based protein production platform REEMAC to rapidly and efficiently produce recombinant protein drug or drug target stable cell lines by engineering host cells, and developing a set of novel expression vectors, powerful reagents and protocols. We have applied REEMAC to express over 200 target proteins, including more than 10 protein drugs in this system. We have successfully generated high-producing antibody cell lines within 9-12 weeks with yield of 30-60 pg/cell/day, which is usually take 6-9 months to develop for most of large biopharmaceuticals with strong expertise in this regard.
