However, only a few methods are suitable for manufacturing microparticles with such characters as environmental friendly, scale-up and validation easily and relatively in-expensive. This presentation will discuss several preparation methods without using organic solvents for taste masking of chewable soft gel, modified release of capsule and tablet and drug absorption enhancement of enteric tablet. 報告人簡介： 郭曉迪博士現為華海藥業美國公司的首席科學官和執行副總裁，在郭博士的領導和協調下，華海藥業完成了中國制藥業向美國FDA注冊申請首個ANDA并成為中國首家成功地通過了FDA制劑現場檢查的企業。郭博士曾擔任Abrika 藥業公司副總裁、Banner(世界第二大軟膠囊公司)技術主管、Barr 實驗室項目研究組主管和首席科學家、Shire實驗室 的資深科學家。在其開始美國制藥工業界的經曆之前，郭曉迪博士曾在上海醫藥工業研究院、佛羅裡達大學和孟菲斯的田納西大學工作學習。郭博士發表了40多篇論文，并是10多項專利的發明人。他是Coremed的科學顧問，并擔任上海醫藥工業研究院的兼職教授。郭曉迪博士在中國藥科大學獲得學士學位，在上海醫藥工業研究院獲得碩士學位，并從德州大學奧斯汀分校獲得工業藥學博士學位。
