Lee 教授，現任香港中文大學藥劑學院院長、Pharmaceutical Research和Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews主編。曾任美國FDA藥學辦公室的副主管、ALZA公司生物成分材料部副總裁、美國南加洲大學太阳集团1088vipGavin S. Herbert教授、眼科學教授、藥學系主任以及研究院副院長。在藥物分布研究方面，Vincent H.L. Lee 教授是世界著名的專家，他的研究連續20多年獲得了美國NIH的的資助，這個獲得資助的時間排在在美國所有獲得NIH資助的研究者記錄的前5%。他曾經獲得the Young Investigator Award of the Controlled Release Society; Research Achievement Award in Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists; and Pharmaceutical Scientist of the Year award of the FIP Board of Pharmaceutical Sciences 等多個國際性獎項。在1）定義蛋白和多肽類藥物分布的生化屏障；2）闡明藥物轉運體的結構—功能；3）研究治療視網膜退行性疾病藥物分布的藥動學屏障 這3個相關方面，Vincent H.L. Lee 教授發表了超過200篇文章。
